Village Hall Wedding Photography | Colchester Wedding Photographer
Natalie and Lewis’s picked me to take their Village Hall Wedding Photography. I first met these guys at another Essex Wedding I Photographed a few months earlier.
They contacted me at really short notice but we worked it out and they started telling me about their plans for a big Village Hall Wedding in Essex with a Great Gatsby inspired theme. It was January so there was very little light and it was really cold to boot but it was not raining so it basically the dream January Wedding.
I had driven past the Village Hall before so had a good idea what the outside space was going to look like. In the winter months you have to plan everything because of the lack of light, unlike a summer weddings where you could have daylight until 10pm.I remembered a little lake near the church Natalie and Lewis were planing to get married so on the morning of the wedding I drove down and had a look too make sure it hadn’t been drained. It looked perfect so after they said their I do’s they hoped in there wedding car and we had about 5 minutes before all of our fingers froze off and well Natalie, who I think was the only one who didn’t complain they were cold (I’m such a warn weather guy) was just wearing her thin dress.I had such a great time with these to they are definitely my kind of people and they had some lovely things to say about me over on Rock and Roll Bride where there Village Hall Wedding was featured.
What They say about me
“We had met Craig as he photographed a friend’s wedding last August and their photos were so beautiful that we definitely wanted him for ours. Our photos turned out better than we imagined and was definitely the best money we spent.”
