28 Portland Place wedding Photography | Jenny + Graham
Jenny and Graham booked me after seeing my 28 Portland Place Wedding Photography. Their wedding was at the beautiful St Mary’s Church in Islington London. I have shot there a few times and I love it. The light that blows through the large clear window is just breathtaking. The overall size of the church makes it so different from the normal country churches I can be found on most Saturdays.
We walked around the church grounds after the wedding to get some couples portraits before all jumping in a Black Cab and Heading to 28 Portland Place.
28 Portland Place is such a nice place. It has a beautiful grand staircase stunning Georgian architecture, clean lines and large windows. All of Jenny and Graham’s family and friends arrive on a retired London Routemaster loaded with Prosecco to get people in the party mood.
I love this type of London wedding where there are amazing clean backgrounds to shoot couple portraits. My favourite moment of this wedding was when we were taking a walk around the ground of St Mary’s Church when a massive dog (that’s a lie it was tiny) tried to start a fight with Jenny and Graham. He backed non stop until he was moved away by his owner, no lie he was the size of a small handbag see the 28 Portland Place Wedding Photography below.
My other favourite thing about this wedding is I got to shoot it with Kate my partner in crime. Most of you will know Kate is also a Colchester wedding photographer and it was such a pleasure to share this wedding with her.
