Bali Wedding Photography Ayana Resort | Silvya + Nick
Earlier this month I was lucky enough to shoot a Bali Wedding at Ayana Resort.
First off most peoples reaction to any wedding overseas is always the same "jammy bugger" and I guess it's right. The thing people don't see is the endless travel and jetlag and....blah blah blah blah!!
I feel like a Jammy Bugger.
Silvya and Nick had their Bali wedding at Ayana Resort.
When I first saw the Tresna Chapel I was a bit blown away as it was so sharp and clean and almost crazy looking. Walking inside is no different I felt like I was in an episode of Star Trek or something in a good way.
These guys are amazing! their friends and family too.
Stepped off the plane and I was met by Galih's massive smile. Started to feel the jetlag at the wedding I was kicked in the ass (in a nice way) by Shandy-Like the drink who was the MC. I quickly learnt that for the ultimate after-party, you need Gary, Wendy and Kevin!
The Wedding day. It rained all day! I was so so sad for Silvya and Nick as they are in Bali for a sun-soaked wedding and what do they get crappy London Wedding drizzle for 8 hours.
It really didn't make a bit of difference Silvya wrote on her Instagram "One thing I learnt about being a bride on your wedding day - just let it flow! And there is really no need to pay for “anti-Rain Man” ? If it rains, Let it be!
☔️"
They did and it was amazing.
I did get lucky I got to hang with them again 2 days later for a little shoot with some sun. YES!
I will write more about this wedding in my full post and talk about the 3 yes 3 dresses that Silvya made for the wedding and my trip as a whole but for now, here is the preview.

Amazing images Craig. It left me wanting more. And a holiday in Bali…. 🙂
Wow what a great location and stunning coverage. Well done Craig!
Awesome work Craig, what a venue too!
Lovely work Craig. Really love the walking across the bridge shot of the bride, with the turquoise sea behind.
What an amazing set of pictures. I love the ones on the rocks
Gorgeous shot of them standing by the lake – the black and white. Looks like an incredible venue and it’s a great preview!
Wow, absolutely stunning work Craig. I really like the way that you have mixed in travelogue style images with the wedding pictures in order to properly set the scene. Top work fella 🙂
Love this Craig! So very jealous 😉
This is so good dude! So beautiful.
Duuuude!! Such beautiful shots man – love that b+w one of them standing by the water. Played mate! Can’t wait to see the full set
